100 FT Garden Hose Expandable – 304 Stainless Steel Water Hose 100 FT – Heavy Duty Flexible Kink Free Hose, no Bite

We have used rubber hoses for the past 34 years, some connected over 100 feet, to water plants all over our lawn and garden. They were “kink resistant” and “mildew resistant” and the garden center(s) offered. Eventually they developed weak spots that kinked, ballooned, and even burst. Moreover, they easily became filthy with dirt and mildew, requiring a wipe-down with a mixture of concentrated bleach and detergent.When we moved here, I discovered the stainless steel hose while searching through Amazon. Over the past 9 months of warm weather usage, it has been amazingly free of any kinks, easily coiling in a circle to hang on our hose rack. Even more wonderful, the mildew-proof, stainless steel did not require any cleaning after we drug it through dirt and over our driveway. If we only had this three decades ago, we would have saved a lot of money!With a thin wall construction, it is very light, so obviously, you cannot run over it with your car! I accidentally let a heavy bar fall over it, which left it with a constricted dent. I wrapped it in cloth and used some long-handled pliers to gently squeeze it almost completely open. It never leaked, and it was fine for the rest of the Summer!We are so happy with it that we purchased another to go with the first one! It is an excellent investment.
