Kamado Joe Classic Joe III Standalone 18-inch Charcoal Grill in Red

I have to say I am mad at my friends that have a kamado grill they have totally undersold them to me. I had a weber kettle and a weber kettle with a smoking expander ring and the big joe 3 easily replaces both of them. Here are the big things for me personally: 1) Temperature control and even heating inside the grill is amazing so the cooking consistency which results in more evenly cooked food. 2) The ceramic shell retain moister during a cook which seems to keep food from drying out as quick. 3) I personally went with the largest Kamado because I didn’t want to lose any cooking area. 4) The family has not complained about any bitter smokey taste on the food whether I am cooking burgers, lasagna, veggies, pizza…. which was not always the case with my kettle. This grill is perfect for how and what I like to cook on a grill. It is very versatile
