Identical replacement. Works Flawless. Way cheaper than a new starter. Took longer to get the starter off than to replace this pinion gear. So happy I stumbled across this. Be careful removing the retaining clip, sucker takes off! Luckily I found it. Because I’m a novice, I didn’t pay attention, so I’m case that’s you, the spring goes above it, and seats into the side of the gear with the indent.
