this is my 3rd bella toaster oven in 15 years and it will be my last I use a toaster oven daily for my breakfast and have been more than happy until this model The thing must have been designed by someone who never cooks, there is no way to set it to bake and select a temperature at the same time….. wants to broil and I HATE this thing HATE it hate it hate it,I gave it 5 tries and called Bella customer service, was told I had to set it to pre heat for 5 min then set the temperature Well even that does not work and once again my breakfast biscuit was burned RUN DO NOT WALK BUT RUN FROM THIS HORRIBLY DESIGNED OVEN Mine is going to the trash, I would not inflict this junk on anyone!
